I’m not sure about you but I’ve heard over and over again about eating a large amount of protein to build more muscle mass. Whether it’s taking Whey protein in shake form or eating meats and nuts for a high protein diet that has been the advice that I have gotten so many times over the years.

Not so fast says Dr. John Spencer Ellis who says that it really only does any good to intake large amounts of protein if you have a deficiency. Listen to some of the problems that could arise from consuming too much protein.

Men’s leather jackets are a hot item for this fall and finding one that is relatively form fitting, soft, trimmer and overall light is the goal from a fashion sense. Here’s a great clip of a men’s fashion show from Soku. There are some great pieces in this collection that are absolutely great for this fall season. From the dark brown trench near the end of the clip to the black button-up coat that is incredible. In this clip the designer talks about how the dark colors and suede’s are mainly from Japanese influence from kimonos to all kinds of jackets. The interviewer indicates that he is a Canadian designer and it appears the show took place in Canada. Great Stuff! These are some of the hottest coats/jackets that I’ve seen for guys in quite awhile.

Grace Park as Akani Cuesta

I really have to say that the more I see Grace Park the more I like her. She is beautiful and is a very good actress to boot. I look forward to seeing her as Akani Cuesta on the new series The Cleaner.
