			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m not sure about you but I&#8217;ve heard over and over again about eating a large amount of protein to build more muscle mass.  Whether it&#8217;s taking Whey protein in shake form or eating meats and nuts for a high protein diet that has been the advice that I have gotten so many times over the years.</p>
<p>Not so fast says <strong>Dr. John Spencer Ellis</strong> who says that it really only does any good to intake large amounts of protein if you have a deficiency.   Listen to some of the problems that could arise from consuming too much protein.</p>

<p style="text-align: left">Do you want that sexy bod?  You all know regular exercise is the best way to get the body of your dreams.  Nothing is free in this world but this dream is definitely achievable.  All you need is a medicine ball, comfy clothes and determination.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">Do each exercise for 30 seconds then take a break for one minute.  Repeat the circuit, this time performing each move for 45 seconds.  Rest for 90 seconds, then repeat once more, doing each move for 60 seconds.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: left"><strong>1.</strong> <strong>Side-To-Side Shuffle</strong><br />

Rotate your torso away from the wall slightly, then rotate forcefully towards it, throwing the ball at the wall and slightly behind you.  Turn around and catch the ball, then repeat the move in the opposite direction.</em></p>
