I’m not sure about you but I’ve heard over and over again about eating a large amount of protein to build more muscle mass. Whether it’s taking Whey protein in shake form or eating meats and nuts for a high protein diet that has been the advice that I have gotten so many times over the years.

Not so fast says Dr. John Spencer Ellis who says that it really only does any good to intake large amounts of protein if you have a deficiency. Listen to some of the problems that could arise from consuming too much protein.

David Lachapelle for Remy Martin VSOP Limited-Edition Cognac

Many of you are probably familiar with the Remy Martin VSOP Cognac. Now they’ve come out with a limited edition David LaChapelle series that will be limited to about 150,000 bottles produced. Remy Martin has now been around since 1927 and this jazz-inspired dame on the cover is a nice choice for the launch from Mr. LaChapelle. The design also has enough colorful features that it fits in well with the overall fashion trends that are in this year.
