Does Extra Protein Help

I’m not sure about you but I’ve heard over and over again about eating a large amount of protein to build more muscle mass. Whether it’s taking Whey protein in shake form or eating meats and nuts for a high protein diet that has been the advice that I have gotten so many times over the years.

Not so fast says Dr. John Spencer Ellis who says that it really only does any good to intake large amounts of protein if you have a deficiency. Listen to some of the problems that could arise from consuming too much protein.
